At Mikado Diamonds, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our fine jewelry and offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and diamond certificates included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping box along with all original documentation and grading reports.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the pre-paid, fully insured shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the stone and setting integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
