If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return for a refund within 30 days of the date we shipped your item. Any returned merchandise should be in the original unused condition, including the original packaging, certification, and/or appraisal. When your order includes a laboratory grading report, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond grading report (also called a diamond certificate). No returns will be accepted without the original diamond grading report that came with the order or if it has been more than 30 days. Custom-made rings are not eligible for return or refund. Items purchased on layaway or with Affirm financing are subject to a restocking fee. The specific terms are disclosed in the checkout agreements based on the item(s) you are purchasing. Mikado Diamonds is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged jewelry while in your possession. It is recommended to get the article insured as soon as it is received. Your purchase may be eligible for a free insurance appraisal which can be used to easily obtain insurance on your item. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from when we ship your order. No exceptions.
